I know this is thrown around a lot but I think my penis is slightly smaller than pre-propecia. I have been on the drug about 1 1/2 years now and my willy still gets real hard but I know it has shrunk a bit at least in width. Also it is a lot more veiny and the skin is like see through. I am thinking about alternating between .5mg and 1mg daily to reduce a bit of this. Has anyone else noticed similar symptoms?

It took your body 7 years of finasteride/dutasteride messing your levels for them to fully altar (in the wrong direction). I think its about getting your peak level and supplementing here and there to sustain it for a while. That way you'll sustain a sweet spot for a sustained period of time so hopefully from that you body will sustain naturally. It'll be difficult for your body to essentially reset after 2 DHT suppplements (i know u took zinc too).

Sounds good, monty. Just remember that less i more. I'm registered as a patient at All Saints Clinic, yes. If I could get it from my doctor here, I would have to pay the same for one tube of Andractim, as 3 tubes imported from Cyprus, so I'm not complaining. The black market price is even higher.

Gynecomastia is reversed in no time, and the penis grows when exposed. I rubbed Andractim on my penis every day for a couple of weeks, and it grew in both width and lenght. I recommend rubbing it on the scrotum, as naturally a lot of testosterone is converted to DHT there.

Desire... so many factors involved. You should gauge the recovery process by morning erections. Besides, your body gets used to changes pretty fast. I remember the first times I hit my sweetspot with TRT. Let me tell you, that feeling is something, but after a while, you get used to it. It's nothing special. It becomes normal. Do you have cabergoline on hand? It'll increase libido.

What exactly does this Andractim stuff do? Does it increase testosterone level? If you apply it to the penis does it increase test level locally or is there systematic absorption that would increase test level throughout the whole body?
Do you recommend this stuff for people who are currently taking finasteride? If it is absorbed systematically throughout the whole body, couldnt this be a bad thing for people taking finasteride?

If you get severe side effects from finasteride, you're DHT deficient. This affects tissue which is dependent on some of it for maintenance. Andractim is a steroid gel; androstanolone, or better known as DHT. It's applied locally, and it's absorbed through the skin. It's potent, and you only need small amounts. The trick is to use only enough to saturate the receptors in the target area. Excessive amounts will travel throughout your body until it finds something to bind to. Andractim is exactly what certain finasteride users need. Especially when it comes to gynecomastia. Andractim is used to stimulate growth of micropenises, which means that it's excellent for maintenance in that department. It's an option for treating andropause induced by estrogen dominance too, although Proviron is superior in that kind of treatment.

I've been on finasteride for 20 days. I've been experiencing watery semen, weird ejaculations, and i believe a decrease in volume. I also believe my erections have not been as hard as usual, and i lose them easier...and im not sure if im achieving the size i usually do. Also i've only had like 2 morning erections since starting and they've been weaker than usual. I still get random erections during the day here and there...and sexually i've been able to perform althogh like i said i dont think im as hard as usual.
I'm only on .5 mg a day..do you think i should stick with it for another month and see if these things get better? or maybe drop to .25? I'm also taking zinc everyday..i try to get 50mg a day (spready out over the day)..some days im better at remember to take it than others.
Do you think this gel would be useful as a preventative measure, also to restore erection strength?

It depends. A full grown penis shouldn't grow anymore. However, it did increase in both width and lenght in my case, and there are several others who have experienced this too. I definately did keep the added lenght - which was 1 cm, but I'm not sure about the width. It grew fast, and much more in width. It seems smaller now. It should be possible to maintain with continued use.Chris87 said:

I will recommend pausing treatment until you're recovered. Recovery should be possible while continuing treatment with finasteride, but it'll be easier if you quit. You should use at least 50 mg zinc a day, and take all at once.
