If we talk about regrowth, antiandrogens are more or less the most effective way, yes. Alternative would be minoxidil along with dermarolling and scalp massage(basically increase blood flow, stop calcification and fibrosis and hope).

In my honest opinion the best you can do is to stop hair loss early. It is my theory that daily sex and balancing hormones (to put it simply, get a gf and be happy) leads to complete halt of hair loss. No citings here, just experience and monitoring. And not about me. I have friends as well as others I only know a bit who all were going to a nw7, yet those who’ve had a healthy relationship for the past years have held onto their hair. Im talking about this euphoric feeling and that feeling of “growing up”, of “change”.

It may sound extremely stupid but I’d bet some good money that it’s true. There are mechanisms that definitely can stop the process of hair loss, just as hormonal changes can start or stop conditions such as dermatitis. Every doctor is going to tell you that autoimmune conditions start and stop based on your emotional situation. In other words, stress fucks you up. Prolonged stress creates these.


I don’t know what Norwood scale you are but stopping hair loss and creating a positive environment for your hair should be no1 priority. If you do that, you can then have a transplant and fix it. If you get DUPA and skin irritations, you’re done.

Either I take Finasteride or my hair will be visibly sh*t in the next 3-5 years. Hard decision many say they regret not having started finasteride earlier. On the other hand, my life would be over at pfs. I have to choose between: 100% light hair in a few years and probably unhappy because of that. Or 80% chance of good hair with no side effects, but if anything happens, my life is over. I Use minoxidil 2 years but i dont See much, Ru for 3 months. If i knew Ru only will remain my Hair, i would be okay. But i see No regrowth

And i Had tons of Sex but hairloss continue slowly. Maybe 320 mg saw palmetto, Ru and minoxidil is is enough. But i dont think so, Like you Said you have time feminisize your Body. Maybe scalp massages evryday 10 min when you Take your nizoral is also helpful. But i guess that all slow at best but nothing really stops it exept finasteride.

Well, I’m a perfect responder to both minoxidil and Finasteride. And I mean perfect. I can literally go from nw5-6 (true nw5-6) to nw2. minoxidil gives me sides, Finasteride puts me up for TRT. I don’t take them. I suffer mildly from this sh*t and yes, social media is definitely a tough spot. But, penis works, brain works, could be worse my man. Your call. I’ve got the mild gyno I got from it reversed to the point that it has to be super hot for my nipples to puff. As a guy who has had perfect chest, I can tell you it bothers the f*** out of me. Why? Cause I fucked up. And I’m still nw5. Point is, balding is one thing. This drug can create new problems. Do you really want that? I know I don’t.

The dermatologist i visitted for propecia had hundreds taking it, when i took off my pants to show him how pale and dead my dick is he couldnt believe it. He said he never has seen something like this before and that such a harmless drug could cause it and there should be some anomaly at the genetic level concerning 5ar.

Hahaha. The urologist I went to said “nah son Finasteride is [insert google term here] and I give it to people with prostate enlargement they’re all fine.” I reply “but Doctor Finasteride can cause this and that” and then I said “kill libido”. His response: “no problem son I’ll give you some cialis and you will do fine haha ;-)”. True story happened last year before I started four months of Finasteride.

Did your dick recovered? Maybe you need some pde5 and a bathmate to not Loose lenght over the next years. And eventually you recover. Look at the data they come to 1,1% risk and median duration is 4 years, max duration 9 years, that means people recover. I dont know why some people on propeciahelp say Recovery is not possible.
