it doesnt seem to indicate the results at all with concern to hair results or side effects results.

It just tells us how the trials were carried out..kinda strange, i wonder if theyll release the actual results.

I think it's a pilot study and there are differents studies in differents places (In Germany there is another group). 150 patients is too small... The results are avaible when all groups are completed the trial.

yeah your right, i postd it on HLH and the moderator said it looks like it was just a pilot. They might do a full scale one soon though.

There have been people here useing it with no results .
This board here has not shown hair groth with it but of course Glaxo is going to say it works anyway.

otis, dutasteride has shown results. Aplunk and especially jayman both had incredible results. Aussieavodart, stari, ccs, stancables and others as well.

why in the sam f*** would avodart not work and propecia would? dutasteride is just a more potent dht inhibitor than propecia, its not rocket science, its very simple, it does EXACTLY what propecia does but blocks more dht. It work slightly better than finasteride. There is no conspiracy, if it stops or slows down the male pattern baldness process for a few years id even consider that success. No one said its miracle drug, its just like finasteride, only better. Glaxo cant just go around making up claims and expect the FDA to simply go along with it.

the claims with propecia are not far from bogus after all proscar does not even list hair groth as a side affect. proscar has been used for the prostrate to this day they will not revise there side affect list as it causing hair grothe in some men

haha, otis, there are a LOT of people that have had results with finasteride and dutasteride. by results i mean maintaining/thickening and some solid regrowth. did you ever check the success stories?

Im 9 months on finasteride/or dutasteride so far and i LOVE what it has done for my hair. I was on a very very fast track to losing it and it has come back very well. My expectations werent through the roof, but these pills have done much more for me than i expected.

I know, "wheres the proof?" right. Im going to put up before and afters this July that marks the one year since i started. The results are significant.

You also have to remember that a lot of people who have had success simply move on and dont come back to these forums...simply saying "propecia doesnt work" is a ridiculous statement. It may not grow back a full head of hair, but believe me im thankful for what its done so far.
