I've very recently added Nizoral to my Dutasteride regimen. I don't think that any shampoo is realistically going to help with hair loss to any great extent, but Nizoral does have some research backing behind it, and you have to wash your hair anyway, so you might as well just use Nizoral. But make sure you use it in combination with a good hydrating conditioner.
