Did you try oral ?minoxidil I have been using for 2 years. it does not work anymore. and I'm using dutasteride topical with minoxidil. but it doesn't work

I'm speaking out of experience. Your hair type loss for your age/female and that it has been over years seems to me like it is a mold problem (or environment problem- could be mold/radon/slow carbon monoxide leak) especially if everyone in your family has sparse thin hair. Look at your rooms, if it is humid smells musty (especially if it's first floor- sometimes it could even be a leaky pipe over years)
How long have you been in your home? How much hair do your family members have (siblings and parents) and do they have any other medical problems?
No oral minoxidil in Turkey
no problem in our house. my mother and sister's hair also sparse. But it's better than my hair.

no i didn't use because did not work in women
