As a practical matter, abstention without estradiol is all but impossible for younger men. Even chik girls masturbate. What hormones rise from that? Estrogens?

You can't assume that just because orgasm increases prolactin it has any effect on hairloss. PRL is already produced in the follicle, additional PRL may not make any difference at all or the increase may be too small or too short lived etc etc.
