would it not be cheaper for US pharmacies to get their drugs directly from Cipla rather than have a middle man? I would think that since Isreal is in the desert, TEVA would not want to turn down the extra business they can get.

I was questioning whether JayMan's drugs actually come from Cipla. Did you know that many fakes make it into the US drug pool, even the ones that are sold at Walgreens and places like that. It is become a big issue. Many groups are doing it because the profit is high and the penalties are lower than selling cocaine. So if my tests turn out good, buying from inhousepharmacy may be just as dependable as buying from walgreens.
