Finasteride does not shrink the penis but it is greatly recommended that you should wait until at least you are 21 yrs old to take it. Finasteride is an hormonal drug and no one really knows if it effects growth such as the bones etc.
Either way: - no. You penis will not shrink and disappear.
You could start your own experiment. Measure it at point zero (no propecia) and in 10 years time. :gay:
