propecia questions...

1) i have small miniaturised hairs that never grow. will propecia help get them stronger and grow them to the length of my healthier hair?

2) what type of hairloss does propecia respond best to? i've got diffuse thinning.

3) i read somewhere in a previous post that 'occasionally' propecia has had a positive effect on acne (help clear up acne). can anyone confirm?

3) I got a little acne on my forehead from Propecia (it has cleared up now), but people respond differently
