Post your ASMED photos, I'm going back in April which is nice. I would up the dose of finasteride to 0.25mg if you can, the efficacy curve drops back substantially below 0.2mg. I use 0.25mg and it's worked extremely well for 16 months.

after a month of .16 mg i may up the dose to 0.25mg.

I've been getting minor ball ache on my current dose, but im hoping it will subside.

• No libido decrease YET.
• Semen is slightly less tacky.
• If sides worsen, i will step down to .8mg.
• I will start RU tomorrow.

I may start a thread/diary, as i dont want to highjack this thread anymore.

The ball ache and some mild prostate pain happens for the majority of users in the first month, for me the first few weeks. With RU, a decent finasteride dose like 0.25mg and a transplant all at once you should have a gigantic improvement in 6 months.
