The UK has nearly twice as many inhabitants as Canada, so your reasoning seems a bit flawed there.

Maybe the few Canadian surgeons learned from the best US ones. In any case theres only 2 well known clinics in Canada H&W and Armani.

Rahal is in Canada too,do you consider him on the same level as Armani and H & W? Ive been looking at some of his results in research for my own hair transplant and so far im impressed.
