BOMBER!!! Where you been? I joined this site around the same time you did. Good to hear your hair loss has at least slowed some.

I think I mentioned this before, but I'll say again. My friend quit smoking by using a mixture of chew and gum. I don't know what it tastes like. But the idea behind it is simple: Shake the "physical" habit of slow breathing first, and then shake the nicotine. He put chew in the middle of a stick of gum, thereby appeasing his crave for nicotine. And then he weened himself off of the nicotine slowly, over the coarse of 2 months or so.
