That is not senile alopecia, not even a tiny bit. It is classic male pattern baldness, its well known that many people who reach high norwoods like him have donor thinning, especially at 50. There is a study, someone mentioned it on here and it shown that less than 1 in 10 of people among people over 70 or something around that actually have senile alopecia, all other cases were androgenetic.
Would you say the hair diameter gets thinner as we age?

i think fraser has just a transplant with sh*t density

not sure why he isnt going for a second or even third transplant. maybe his donor isnt enough

My first transplant was shitty (not as bad as his but still). After the second it was much better.. and now after the 3rd basically perfect (for a transplant).

yes, white people who have a bit thinner hair almost always need a 2nd hairtransplant- especially when its about a bigger area - to make it look good.

but i think he stoped caring at all so maybe thats why he doesnt go for a second

I dont know. Intuition says yes, but I know for a fact that Androgenetic Alopecia decreases diameter independent of age.
If the diameter decreases due to age and you keep the hair for life, would you say that is Androgenic Alopecia?

Yikes! That's exactly why Janey jumped ship. Testosterone is exhausting and people have posted other examples, like Dave someone from the decathlon in '88 or '92 and he looked fantastic up until about 50 and the same identical thing happened to him and it happened to Will. And it's much harder losing good looks and good lucks than never having them at all. Nothing works then. The jokes all fall flat that the chicks all used to feign appreciation for. Lady traffic cops start giving you tickets regardless of how you smile and work them. Waitresses refuse to serve you in a timely matter, whispering to each other, "you take the bald guy; I'm not taking the bald guy. Ick".

It's like a ticking time bomb inside the XY system. If I had waited much longer, I might have been too bald for it to have mattered.

Anything is better than looking like that second pic compared to the first. At least in Janey's pics, she looks younger and with more and more hair.

Goddess Bless,
Jane Elizabeth L.

There is not a man or women on the planet who will have the same hair thickness or density when they are 40 as when they are 20 - your hair will age like any other part of your body, so 100% of people will get age related hair loss. But I agree that his hair loss is not senile alopecia alone, maybe for someone who is 95, not 50.

Except Janey does have thicker and much, much longer hair than when she was 20. Hooray!

Even if this is true. What is your evidence?
It cant be compared in any way to Androgenetic Alopecia.
Also why didnt you get a hair transplant already? You know most transplants are done without finasteride or dutasteride? Of course there is a risk you will lose your hair but if your NW1.678954 is bothering you that mutch you shouldve gotten it already.
I dont believe he would look like that with no eyebrows. I think he has a very good browridge.
His coloring is completely fucked up, im pretty sure he had some health issue in his 30s and 40s.
