Well i don't really see any hair that fall out .. even when I'm using wax sometimes .. i really don't have any hairs in my hand when I'm done ..

I will consult with the doctor about finasteride ..

but iv been checking out my family this week .. and none of them have a really huge hair loss .. their age is 32+ and they have maybe a little bit receding hairline just a little bit of what i have

my dad is the only one that have lost his hair , but not completely and not at young age , he still have a bit of hair on the top .

i think that for now i will just to keep my hair as it is the best as i can .. until a better treatment will be out .. cause when I'm seeing old pictures of my self from 2012 and even older .. i kinda always had long forehead and the even the hmm I don't remember how its called lol , the hairless pockets in each side of the forehead hasnt really change either ..

Youre receding very slowly and for me you shouldnt even think about regimens right now since we can notice just mature hairline for typical guy with high dht range at 20yo. (Beard dense)

Just come back in next year. But if you really want to know. I bet finasteride and minoxidil would not even affect you in 1% it will only help. But comparing your old photos and current pics for me its just a mature receding. Someone gave a advice for making timeline photos every month - do it, it will help in future. Good luck buddy!

Mine is that way to. In fact, my right temple is an inch more receded than my left.

Your hair looks like its been this way although you have a naturally higher hairline. The real question is how ur hair looked before puberty. If its alot lower then now then simple answer its male pattern baldness wether slowly progressing or not. If your hairline always looked like that or close to it then its looking pretty stable not a lot of thinning behind your hairline.

If you don't have hair loss, you also don't need finasteride, but you still can try it.
Maybe 1.25mg (5 days on 2 days off)

Don't think about it so much, your hair looked the same on your older pictures.

man .. that picture is when I was 11 or even younger haha .. I was born with high hairline

well i think everything is fine with my hair (for now) i will keep an eye on it , and if i see any kind of bad change i will start treatment (finasteride etc ...)

and if that won't help and all is lost I will do a hair transplant or just live without hair

"Normal" recession does not mean you have hairs falling out every time you run your hands through your hair. What happens is that when your hair cycles the new receding hairs will grow shorter and thinner at every cycle. As normal normal hair cycle is 2-7 years, this will take a while before it is apparent. Unless you are lucky 10% or so, your hair will recede as you get older. You could hit 40, still have good density and be a NW2 which for most people is not regarded as balding, yet technically it is male pattern baldness. Jumping on finasteride at the first sign is not advisable, it's a drug that messes with your male hormones. Your best bet is to keep an eye on it and compare what the situation is in one year, you wont go bald in that period.

You did well because you barely had any hair loss to begin with. Your density was excellent and still is.
