^This is true, it just depends on the person. Even a very rare few, will look better without hair (more masculine, more emphasis on facial structure etc...).. but for some, it could really, really knock you down

I've known women who have only dated bald guys. Rare but true. It's all subjective.

Get some harder stuff for your acne and let your dermatologist search for the causes of your acne. I used to have trouble with acne until my early 20s. I still enjoyed that time and was getting laid and all that. I used to be on some good creams for acne and there are also some pills you can take...
