Women will never get this. They cant be fully red pilled. I talked with my girlfriend about how guys need to do almost anything. You have to be in a good mental state, be in decent shape (talking about not fat and not 30kg soy boy like either), approach, learn to get rejected, ask for number, ask for date, if she flakes (happens a lot), ask for second date, escalate first with kiss (sometimes its not working on first time, try again. Get her to your apartment. Escalate sexual. f*** her silly. What women do? Put on makeup. Dont be 150kg (well even obesse women get chads so not even sure about this point). doesnt matter if you are depressed or suizidal, just be yourself bruh (I mean Girl lol), go outside of your house. Done.

Jesus it's no wonder mastering statistics is such a valuable on the job market these days, so many people don't understand them. "But I know a guy who smoked three packs a day and lived to be a hundred! I know a bald guy and he gets hot women!".

The truth is, I want to believe that things will be OK when I shave. That things will be OK when I go fully bald.

Hope is the one thing that that keeps me going. Because the other reality is all too daunting to me, and I can't even face it.

As each six month window goes by though, I realise massive change in my looks that will never come back, and that has been destroying me inside, little by little.

For a 29 year old who should be coming into his prime years of attraction, I feel like my hairloss is brutalising me, brutalising my prime years.

And it is hard. It is hard to know that my looks from just a year or two ago, or three or four years ago are draining away. And that a future of bland baldness awaits. Its hard because I was so confident in my late teens, I was high on life with how many women I would get. Those were my glory days, and I suspect I'll never get those years back. And the aesthetic decline feels like a slow motion car crash that's happening day by day to me.

I've lost my confidence in the dating market in the past two years. My hairline isn't the only consideration, but I know its a massive factor.

No my dear balding brothers, it is not easy. But we must have hope.

At least when I shave, I can get used to that look without the slow torturous decline of my aesthetics. But, shaving scares me. I'm scared shitless of how I'll look without hair. But the sooner I get it over with, the sooner I can get used to it.

I'm going for a haircut this afternoon, and I'm going to go for very short sides and to keep the length on top. I'm hoping a shorter cut on the sides will help. Somehow its my ugly sideburns that curve inwards from where my temples used to be that are so ugly. At least shaving the sides hides that.

I was gong bald since 16, but I was lucky as the hairloss has been very gradual. And as my twenties went by, I more or less forgot about my hair, at least I pushed it to the back of my mind. It seemed like I was somehow getting away with it. The hairloss seemed gradual enough, and I realised that I had a good enough hairline. I guess over the past six months its accelerated a lot, and metaphorically speaking, I've been bitten right on my ***.

I need to be brave right now and make positive changes. I want to get back into lifting weights and controlling what I can control to feel better about myself. I guess I had relied a lot on my looks to get women when I was younger. I never had defined muscles or anything, I just got by. Whereas now I know things are changing.

You want to believe and in part, it's true, things are going to be alright even if you're bald, you're just not going to be anywhere near the potential you could have had if you had remained a fullhead. And that's the bitter truth.

You're 29? Privileged. These are not your prime years, they're already behind you. I started going bald aggressively at the age of 16 and was fully bald at the age of 22. That's your prime, and it fucked me up big time, but as I've said before, I survived, I worked on what I could control, I jumped on minoxidil, got two hair transplants, lifted weights, pursued my hobbies and dated intensively.

Look, it doesn't have to be the end of the world, far from it, especially at your age, but your value as a bald(ing) guy is going to drop, the force of the hit you'll take will depend on your other characteristics: Are you tall? Are you good-looking? Do you have a good head shape? etc. It's perfectly normal to feel the way you do, I've felt this way, but you can get over it.

Do not try to spread false hope and for your own sake, do not fall into that trap, if there is one things I despise, it's false hope. Adjust to your new reality and take it like a man, control what you can, save for hair transplants, and you should be fine. But don't think that you're just going to let yourself go bald and not suffer the consequences of it.

Disagree. Depends what you define "prime years" but your SMV is the highest at 35 years old. If you are in decent shape, know how to approach women and you got a decent Job, you will slay women left and right. Of course, you cant pickup the 18-23 year olds but they are boring anyway. Its not that 25 year old women look bad lol. I would say, getting a hairtansplant at 30 something, is a very smart move. I know lots of guys between 32-40 and they f*** women left and right lol. But they are all fullheads or Norwood 2 the the worse. Hair matters bruh.

It reminds me of when people say "a kid can grow up to be healthy even when raised by a single mother". But that scenario cannot even be compared with a kid who has both parents, even if they provide ten times less effort than the single mother, the couple will still do much, much better. It's not about women, it's about the free market of dating, they make their own choices and if you're not a good bargain, they'll pass and move on to another guy.

And I don't understand the argument about being self-defeating and negative, you're just not going to behave like that ever in society unless you're a complete moron. Even at my lowest, and that means when I was bald, with boobs, overweight, in the aftermath of a psychotic episode, I still wasn't being negative and moping around people and women.

Who does that anyway? You can approach if you want, but you have to know that a rejection is never harmless, no matter how you spin it, it wouldn't be a daring thing to do if you couldn't lose and if losing actually meant, well, losing something. You should only approach when you get an invitation, that's how it works, women signal they want to be approached by smiling at you and then you go up to her, with the certainty that you'll score.

If you don't follow those guidelines, those basic rules of human mating, you'll get hurt, emotionally and physically. Social rejection is not harmless, it will produce structural changes in your brain and if you get hit too many times, you'll become more and more anxious and depressed. If you don't get any invitation to approach a woman, I'm afraid you're just not attractive enough to elicit interest in a woman. Improve your looks, status, personality, whatever and try again.

Im looking at my interim regrowth from this last shave and probably never doing it again as well. Just awful under any light.
I received a couple pics emailed to me from family this week and god my hair is bad, I cant even tell if they are pre hair transplant grown in or post. I hate my f*****g head, what a god damned disgrace.

I guess my familiarity with the Italian language has to do with the fact that i've watched many Italian films in my life,from Fellini,Pasolini,Antonioni,Visconti.
Le Notti Bianche is probably my favorite Italian film,and La Grande Bellezza is the last Italian film i watched which was also good.

I've noticed that Italian women look a lot like Greek women,but unfortunately too many of them dye their hair in unnatural tones and put too much make-up on their faces, which i find repulsive.
This woman though,has the cutest smile!

I guess I was conflating prime and youth, but you're right. My SMV has constantly been soaring with age (I'm 28 now), especially since I started working out and becoming more active as a musician. My second hair transplant should improve things further.

The fist big leap was when I got my first job at the age of 26, and it's not surprising, going from having 0 status to having a relatively good job, it wouldn't do anything on its own, but having the other areas in life together, it made a big difference.

I'm not pursuing women by the way, I'm very happy being exclusive with my girlfriend. But it's not like taking care of myself in general will not have positive effects on our relationship. And it just feels great to have options, even if you're not going to pursue them.

How do you go from having no job until 26 to a good job?

No, in Belgium, there is a cheat code to get a job, which is be bilingual French/Dutch.

It took me a few months to figure that out, learned the sh*t out of Dutch and then had more offerings than I could handle.

My first job wasn't that great, but then someone left the company and I could take his spot, there's always a bit of luck involved I guess.

Its the same here in the US. If you know english/spanish you pretty much have an in. Ive tried to learn a second language since highschool but never so much luck because I never have anyone to speak it with. Haha that's true, I have some Greek in me. I've met many Greeks and Italians and they do look similar. I get mistaken quite a lot by others. Also hair genetics in this area Roberto are so much better than North Europe which is probably your observation too. Not just talking about little hair loss but hair thickness too. When I've visited family or been travelling I've seen too many men 50 plus with insane hair. It's like normal. Then there's us treating our hair

The girls look incredible around the Mediterranean region, naturally beautiful and we all look good as you say (both genders) and age well. They are very open about what they like in a man and in general, much better. When I speak to East European girls they know they look good but say their men although look masculine facially and not ugly like up North, they pale in comparison to a man with Mediterranean looks.

My ideal girl look. Not exactly these girls but it's more the dark features and structure I like.
