I have long hair so i only wash my hair 1 or 2 a week.
First i wash my hair with a sls free shampoo, then i apply the keto shampoo on the thin aria leave it on for 5 minutes wash it off then apply allot of deep conditioner (or my hair will be dry as fuc#k..(keto shampoo is very drying)
