Minoxidil results peak at one year then slow decline after that.. Usually. If dutasteride works it will work from anywhere in between 5 - 30 years ( guestimate )

Please leave your hair as it is. Don't go for a transplant. There are going to be things with the hair transplant that you will not like that will off set the positives of getting a slightly lower hairline. Stay on treatment and live with the hair you have, it looks great.

There aren't many women who will diss you with that hair that wouldn't if you had a norwood lower.
