BoilerRoom said:I don't trust Dr. Rassman. He will prescribe propecia to people as young as 16. His entire site is basically an advertisement for propecia.

Oh yeah, I'm sure that Dr. Rassam, one of the leading hair transplant surgeons, and a highly respected profesional, would take altered before and after photographs, and wet the hair of the patient. Come on man.
finfighter said:I just dont understand why everyone has to be in such disbelief that finasteride can work really well in the frontal area.
finfighter said:I agree 100%, its just that, if DR Rassam were trying to make money, he would have suggested this young man get a hair transplant, but insted he recomended propecia, without an hair transplant, he recomended the alternative, which he thought was the best, and that solution was propecia, he would have made a lot more money on a hair transplant, that precludes that money was not his motive.

finfighter said:Sure I think he makes money from filling prescriptions, however I also know that he makes a lot more money on hair transplant's and he didn't reccomend an hair transplant to this guy, Look, there are risks whenever you decide to take ANY prescription medicination, some medications cary a higher risk than others, in comparison to the majority of RX drugs finasteride has a very minute risk of side effects, and has been used for over 15 years.
finfighter said:The guy in the photo came into Dr Rassams office asking for a hair transplant, Dr rassam refused and wrote him a prescription to propecia instead, the guy in the photo is twent :jackit: y five years old, not a teenager, does that clear things up cheif?
BoilerRoom said:I wasn't speaking directly about this instance. I'm talking about Dr. Rassman and other Dermatologists passing out propecia way too frequently.
