Good maintenance and nothing else - anti androgen have been prescribed to men since 1975 and we have no reports of bald guys regrowing hair on these type of drugs

Finasteride didn't even work for me and CB works amazingly, so...

All drugs work differently on different individuals.

I have been a Ru user since the last 8 years with good results. Until two years ago at a rate of 100 mg daily and for two years 50 mg for noticing and effects of a sexual nature.
Is it realistic to change to CB 50 mg daily without waiting for a fall? Thank you.

Have you been using RU alone for eight years? Has the effect been good during this period? Is there an ineffective situation where hair loss increases and hair becomes greasy?

Finasteride didn't work so stopped using then tried CB.

Have been using CB for 3 months now and has stopped hair loss.

If finasteride is losing ground for you then I recommend switching to dutasteride. Finasteride is a more effective treatment than CB or RU for most hair loss sufferers, and so if finasteride is losing its effectiveness then it is unlikely that CB or RU would be able to halt your hair loss.

I'm referring to oral finasteride here, btw.

Any guess in when we might get a commercial CB? Maybe as an acne option? I’d be down with a CB buy.

The acne treatment is going to be too weak and bananas expensive... It's a 12 week treatment covered by insurance. But likely between 1-2 years
