Dwarf is a legal and medical term tho iirc, their proportions are like oompa loompas, was he a literal dwarf?

It is, he would qualify for it as he was under 4ft 10 easily. Probably had a malfunctioning pituitary gland or hypothalamus.

Reminds me of the time I saw this hispanic dwarf who had a thick NW1 and full beard and probably could be a model if he wasn't so short and this little boy said really out loud to his mom, Mom, Look at that little man! The dwarf heard the little boy and turned and looked. I felt so bad for him at that point but he just turned around and kept walking. The mom scolded the little boy and told him never to say that out loud as that is not nice to say. The little boy just kept asking why is he so little.
