Scared about switching to dutasteride. Any advice?

The study-subjects on the standard 0.5mg dose recorded an approximately 18% median increase in serum testosterone, I don't know the effect on estradiol levels.

As for the type I 5AR inhibition: I think it's around the 50% mark.

Thanks Slartibartfast for the info! That doesnt sound too bad actually im a bit less worried now. Hope blocking only %50 of the type 1 enzyme wont do any damage in the long run. My dutasteride should be here next week! Thanka again guys and feel free to make any more comments if you want!
