Scared to continue finasteride due to gyno signs

Dude, if you want I can tell what I am doing. You can do it all at home with resistance bands, two liter drink bottles, gallon jugs, and body weight, at least for the time being. Eventually you will need to get proper weights or go to a gym. I will have go myself before much longer.

It takes an hour every other day. And as @NickyA said you may be technically at a healthy body weight but your body fat percentage may be a bit high.

You will still need to eat a descent amount of calories and focus on protein. The biggest difference from me and you is you will need to avoid carbs, at least for now. Where as I am needing carbs, plus plenty of protein to gain. I have already gained 13ish pounds in a month. Obviously some of it was fat due to how much I am having to eat to gain muscle. However, I am still wearing the same size jeans, so I must be doing ok on the muscle side, and the fat gain is not really noticeable. My jeans are however tighter in my quads and my glutes, the muscles feel tighter as well. My shirts are tighter in my chest, arms, and shoulders. I can 100% tell I am stronger and starting to look bigger. My goal is to just gain 10 pounds and see how I feel about it. I already passed my first goal. At 6 foot I am assuming I will want to settle around 170ish to 190ish, but not sure exactly where I am will be happiest, healthiest, and look the best. Because a 6 foot 180 pound man, that is mostly muscle is a big strong dude. Probably taller, bigger, and stronger than 80% of men.

So just start working out. If you want any information just ask.
Right now I mostly do compound exercises at the gym: squat, deadlifts, and chest press with variations of incline. I’m bummed because I’m worried my chest will get bigger and my nipples will poke out more of my shirts. The area I need to fix is diet ngl I eat tons of fast food. But I’ve never seen my pecs poke out this much before. I also need to figure out body fat % idk what mines is.

This combined with no running or biking or sprinting will make you look way worse than you could look.
Does finasteride make you gain weight or make you retain water? I swear it’s not a nocebo though I feel more bloated then ever especially on my chest. I don’t do cardio mostly weights.

Nocebo. You need to take better care of your body.

Apparently on gyno sub Reddit, it does indeed look like I’m developing gyno. I posted the same pics.

Actually you may want to avoid cardio. There is a scientific reason why. Basically it won't help build muscle and it will help keep your body fat percentage up and work against building muscle. Sorry for the sloppy answer.
Cardio sucks anyway i never do it. I think I might stop finasteride for a while. The blokes at gyno subreddit think it’s gyno. My other option is to stay on finasteride and hope I don’t grow actual tits. Isn’t gyno permanent?

Cardio won't build much muscle in most people (dependent upon intensity and volume), however it won't "keep your body fat percentage up", that much is BS. You need both anabolic (bodybuilding) and catabolic (cardio, and etc) forms of exercise to have an ideal physique.

The blokes at gyno call everything gyno. And your chest already looked similar before you started taking finasteride. But you do you.

My honest advice is simply give it two weeks. Just do it and see where it's at. Trust me two weeks will not make the "possible gyno" worse. Just see if your chest feels tender, especially at the nipples, or looks any different in two weeks. Just try it.
Drop finasteride for two weeks? I feel torn tbh part of me doesn’t even know for sure if I’m balding but part of me doesn’t want to risk losing hair if I am. I’m considering gyno surgery if I do stay on finasteride because it might get worse at this point. Could be I have had mild gyno since puberty and finasteride could have exacerbated it.

Keep fighting. I am rooting for you.

I think I’m gonna drop finasteride and see what happens. Here’s my hair 3 months on finasteride, first two pics are first day of finasteride, last two are of today. Do I have much to lose?

do you feel the glandular developed under one or both of your nipples ? My right gland under the nipple has developed since I was taking finasteride, so in my case is gyno. It’ s not difficult to understand if it is or not

There’s def something there. But it could’ve been there before. finasteride might have pronounced it more though. I’m gonna drop finasteride for a month then re introduce it with a lower dose. Hopefully it detracts within that time too.

Like me, we are in the same situation. I can’t use oral finasteride anymore. I have to microdosing it topically, unfortunately. It’s gyno if you feel the glandular, trust me
