Scared to try finasteride? How often can I use 2% Nizoral? Is it worth trying Saw Palmetto?

Titration is our friend with any medication. Many times folks who say that they can't tolerate something or that they have sides, without titrating downward.

Here's some photos?

Wondering what you'd recommend me doing currently. I'm thinking maybe minoxidil? Until am a little bit older then finasteride?

Check with your parents or whatever but do this. Get Keto or Nizoral shampoo and also get Selsun Blue or Head and Shoulders. These are good for inflammation. Then consider going on minoxidil, yes, but start at 2 percent strength, not 5 percent. Even if it comes in a pink bottle, it is still the same med. Two percent is less likely to cause shedding and then you can go up to five percent say in six months and it will work just as well and be safer.

I am asking everyone to take a look at what can restore lost hair:

Would you also consider maybe trying Saw Palmetto while I don't try finasteride?

I have used saw palmetto but it was back in the 90's. I am trying to remember but it wasn't for hair back then but maybe for prostate cancer prevention. I used to be really into Smart Drugs and supplements and spent a lot but things like ALC and Palmetto didn't improve my hair as I recall but maybe I wasn't using enough. The thing is that with the low quality standards of many supplement manufacturers, you might not want to take larger doses. Also, meds are rarely fake but supplements often are. I am taking quite a few meds now so I probably can't manage anymore plus I don't know how I could verify if Saw Palmetto did anything since my hair seems to already be well into recovery.

For me, finasteride was an easy decision and I went on it as soon as it came out. Now, you hear a certain anti-finasteride cohort a lot but, I don't know, I mean, even with the sides that are alleged versus maintaining a full head of hair, I would use finasteride and I tend to be quite skeptical of the anti-finasteride propaganda. So I would yes it but four guys might come on your thread afterwards blasting me for "recommending" it. If you are over 18, then that is your choice. I believe most finasteride sides are placebo because they make very little sense in terms of how the med actually works. Instead, many guys hear "lowered DHT" and get all protective of their masculinity. It raises T and it might raise libido and performance as well and this seems more likely to me than any deleterious sides. I hear some, who appear not to be currently breeding, complain that they can't shoot there sperm nearly as well but I was never one to aim semen in anyone's direction but that's just me.

Okay. What am going to do is use Nizoral 3 times a week.

The other days maybe use a caffeine shampoo.

I might consider finasteride once I turn 19 which is very soon.

Could you recommend a conditioner? Or should I not use one?
