It is more a question of how relevant the fibrosis is.

I don't know how much of a problem fibrosis is or if a secondary effect.

but it seems alot of "skin eating" things also happen to be somewhat beneficial.
Minoxidil decreases collagen, and IdealForehead had a thread on here saying that prostaglandins f*** skin up too. then swiss's UV exposure. I recently saw a guy on here also showed he filled in a small bald spot on his crown when he added hydrocortisone. There has been some talk that the benefit of corticosteriods might be that they increase aromatase. but even so there might something to the skin thinning idea because women have thinner skin.

I have tried castor oil with dmso, dermarolling, lithium chloride, stemoxydine, sulfasalizine, sunlight exposure, miconazle.

Im not sure if it really did anything.

It is so complicated that even we dont know if treatment are postive or not.

And nothing to handle carelessly for sure. I did my readings, but am still afraid that I mess up at some point, get it on my fingers and rub my eyes, or something along the lines...

I wouldn't worry so much about that.

There are people actually use DMSO in their eyes as eyedrops! Many claiming regression of macular degeneration, glaucoma, etc. I myself have made a DMSO, MSM, Saline solution and use it as eye drops (only for a few weeks now though). Also, if that isn't crazy enough for you, there are guys that use DMSO on their penises. They mix it with Lugol's Iodine or Castor Oil and apply it to their penises as a method of fixing Peyronie's disease (penis curvature). Now that I think about it, they use these things in order to break up scar tissue in the penis that causes this curvature. See where I'm going with this...?
