You using VPA or LiCl? Just wanting some advice on how to mix the topical VPA preferably. I know stemox is a good vehicle, but unsure what dose people are using to mimic the 8.3-11% used in studies. Cheers.Lyphar

I tried licl after wounding a few times at 8.3%, but the day after I would shed an absolutely insane amount of hair in the shower. Like almost 5 days worth of regular shedding for me in just one shower. That freaked me out so I stoppedYou using VPA or LiCl? Just wanting some advice on how to mix the topical VPA preferably. Yikes. f*** that. Are you rolling or stamping? I used to shed 2-3x more on the days of and after rolling, but never stamping. I’m probably more interested in VPA given the studies if it’s efficacy in comparison to LiCl. Worries me that I can f*** with biotin but I guess supplements can help that. Just need to know the relavent dose/ml of stemox.I tried licl after wounding a few times at 8.3%, but the day after I would shed an absolutely insane amount of hair in the shower. I’ve read a few threads that say it’s easily dissolved in stemoxydine. Maybe minoxidil would be a better vehicle?I unfortunately can't link to it because I am too new but the vehicle used in the study was "50% (vol/vol) ethanol, 30% water, and 20% propylene glycol." VPA has some promising science behind it but it can cause hair loss from prolonged oral use due to zinc and biotin depletion. I am not convinced it is a long term solution which sucks because I have a gut feeling it works better than LiCi.
Take it orally. Easier and more effective. The Seti is in not effect against the RU or minoxidil? Can I mix Seti with Minoxidil? I want the 2 grams of raw Seti powder into the 60ml Foligain (5% Minoxidil) bottle and mix.(few drops of DMI??) Foligain is 5% Minoxidil and inactive ingredients: Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, and Ethyl Alcohol.

What sides did you get?I don't want to use it orally because of side effects

Side effects
The only one that seems to pop up is sleep issues.....
Another member of the private forum had sleep issues at 2g/day and started taking glutathione and says he sleeps like a baby now.
I think so topical use is safer..
Westonci proves that the oral works, I haven't seen anyone maintain with the topical yet.
Seti once a day? Why not twiceI know, but my possible protocol:
1x1 Seti (topical)
1x1 Ru and minoxidil mix (topical)
1x1 Revita or Bio hemp seed shampoo - (A) day - Revita, (B) day - Bio hempseed shampoo
once a week - UVB light
once a week - dermaroller (0,5mm)
diet change (omega-3, omega-6 ratio a positive impact to PGE2 and PGD2)
3x10 drops CBD oil in hempseed oil per day (omega-3, omega-6 ratio a positive impact to
PGE2 & PGD2 --- CBD maybe is PGD2 inhibitors (???) - http://mct.aacrjournals.org/content/12/1/69
2x1 - 1 teaspoon hempseed oil per 2 day (omega-3, omega-6 and antioxidants on hair loss)
2x1 - 1 teaspoons Omega-3 per 2 day
I think it will work..
So I don't want to chemicals for oral use..
Seti once a day? Why not twice
Because I use seti in the morning. and I use ru and minoxidil at night.
But the seti was dissolved in the minoxidil. So, 2x1 seti / day topical.
I was ordered from kane, but I hope it is not fake.. the seti powder has a similar smell like a Amphetamine
The seti on my hair similar to hairspray.
I don't know if this a seti can work, BUT I increase the PGE2 with UVB sunburns and Castrol.
did Sulfasalazine work for someone?
EDIT:
I read somewhere that pge2 has an opposite effect on pgd2. Its true?

No. Try it.I'm thinking about trying uvb sunburn to get more pge2, is it painful?
You have a pretty dam good regimen, I hope you do 15% seti twice daily. You should make daily batches for seti, if you threw all the seti into minoxidil, its going to oxidize in about 5 days.
https://sites.google.com/site/groupbuyfunding/how-to-use-setipiprantSetipiprant seems to mostly be used as a 4% solution, which means 40mg per 1ml of vehicle. So if you have more area that you want to cover, or want to try a higher dosage, you would keep the proportion the same, like by mixing 80mg with 2ml.
I agreeTopical is better than oral, imo.
Vehicle is the problem.
That’s interesting. I will say this. It’s crazy how quickly oral seti has decreased my shedding. That said, I am uneasy about using it orally, because it will hit all the receptors in the body. If it worked as well topically as it does orally, I would jump on it.No. Try it.
I use the 2.5 grams of raw seti powder in the 60ml 5% minoxidil.

Why its going to oxidize in about 5 days?
I agree
