I've used Seti 2g / day alongside with PGE2, microneedling, VPA, Dutasteride
And I was still receding....
now doing Seti 2,5g /day, just because I still have it
But to be honest, Im not expecting it to do something
I quit PGE2 since it expired while in my fridge (the powder got wet and sticky)
I wouldnt put your hope too much on Seti
When i quit using VPA and minoxidil for a while, I lost all of my regrowth vellus hair
So I just started using minoxidil + VPA again, I have the feeling VPA does work
Anyway, if Seti works for you, thats great. But I've lost my hope a bit.

How is that possible? I have one of the most aggressive hair loss cases of the entire forum (diffuse thinning where you can see my scalp under light + almost NW2 by 19) and I maintained with simple finasteride ..

lets review it after 10 - 12 years of use. efficiency will decrease and you are forced to go experimental

Castor oil stimulates one of the pge2 receptors, but it's not PGE2.

Do we not have a easy to access product that is a full PGE2 agonist, or atleast covers more than just one receptor?
Or maybe a combination of products/oils that target different receptors? We have castor oil as an PGE2ep3 agonist,
Maybe Omega 6 if we go from this chart? https://i.imgur.com/RVWi05u.jpg It also increases PGE1 which is great too (minoxidil?).
But then again it also inhibits COX1/2 which decreases PEG2 in return.
BUT on the other hand i got some crazy fast results in 2 weeks from oral castor oil, a mere single receptor PGE2 agonist, despite drinking Grapeseedoil alongside with it, which is a COX inhibitor. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18381589

If we go from the chart we could shoot several birds with a single stone with Omega 6, being a agonist for a few (?) PGE2 receptors + full PGE1 agonist, while also taking reducing PGD2 like seti should. Combine that with castor and you have a pretty good prostaglandin protocol, without using straight up PGE2.

Also remember when swisstemples was growing his bald temple even though he didnt have PGE 2 on hand? All done with an UVB lamp thats supposdly a powerful exognous PGE 2 agonist.
Add Omega 3 on that for PGE3 and even more COX inhibition

Yeah its only a matter of time.
I started to lose ground on my 7th year on dutasteride.

any sides from dutasteride?
Yes penis atrophy and testicular atrophy
You wouldnt want this even on your worst enemy trust me.
Had to suspend and lost a huge amount of hair.

As parrotfish says fina seems to work good with CB. CB is too weak on its own. Hair somewhat seems to be stable now

Do prostaglandines cause hair growth independent from inflammation? We all know that PGEs cause inflammation, but does it play a role in hair growth?
I like to use rosemary oil for my scalp, but i dont know if it works against prostaglandines

Pretty sure westonci stopped this regimen. Don’t remember the reason why, but he was trying to sell his leftover seti. I think it turned out it wasn’t as effective as he thought, then it was just forgotten

He was having issues with customs seizing the shipments as they're all from China.

He said he stopped caring about his hairloss and found religion.
I only heard tales about his inceldom on a small german hairloss forum, but it makes this turn of events funny in my eyes

He was satisfied with his results and quit. Apparently he had a stock of pge2 he wanted to maintain with or so. Dunno about german hair loss forum, he was from canada from what I remember. His main issue was usually money, and the side activities he did to earn the seti money led to frozen paypal accounts etc. So it was a generally quite questionable undertaking considering he had to stretch himself financially this much, in addition to him being unwilling to take dutasteride etc to maintain his results. Also he wasted pge2 in high doses in water, making him get his results only when he helped penetration with microneedling.

Castor oil stimulates one of the pge2 receptors, but it's not PGE2.

To be acurate its a pge2ep3 analogue and agonizes ep4, and even less ep2 and 1. This is due to pge2s affinity of receptors being EP3>EP4>other two (think it was 2 >1). So it makes sense that when Ep3 is satured by castor oil, that then endogenous pge2 goes to the other three receptors according to their affinity. Hence, one that goes to the extend of spending money on pge2 should also take castor oil.
