Haha nah mate I’m just an alky bastard. Have been out drinking pints and whiskeys consistently almost every day for the last 2 months. It’s the booze sadly that has bloated my face. Maybe the dutasteride hasn’t helped much who knows

Probably safer to keep using dutasteride instead of risking some loss of ground if I switch to finasteride.
Did you just jump right onto duta and have never been on finasteride?

Well yeah if you changed back then it could lead to a shed and all that. But I just don't think you really needed something as aggressive as oral dutasteride in the first place. I assume you are taking the standard dose of 0.5mg/day?

Maintained hair and halted hair loss but has not regrew the thinning at the hairline. Think I might get a few hair grafts put in just to thicken it out in the future if it gets any worse.

Yeah, I read about a study on rats that were given 4mg of dutasteride over 4 months and it shrank their genitalia so I’d be terrified to move up dosage.
Agree with @jamesbooker1975. The OP does not even have any hairloss to begin with. Not even in the slightest. This is full NW1 don't even know why he would be taking any medication.
