Should I start taking dutasteride?

Well here is my problem. I have been on Propecia for 2 years and it did nothing for me. My hairline has receeded and thinned, my crown is also diffuse now and I got acne from it. I stoped taking it and am currently using only minoxidil.

I have tried using topical Flutamide but it just gave me very bad sides like stomach pain and balls ache. I recently ordered Dutasteride+spironolactone topical combo. Do you think there is a high chance of sides from it? Flutamide sides were pretty bad and I needed about 2 weeks to get back on my feet.

What do you think? Should I go along with dutasteride+spironolactone topical?

how old are u? dutasteride is a try worth in my eyes absolutely. I am on it since almost 3 month, will make a long report next week.
But i can say now already my front is getting thicker! Am 24.

I also got acne from finasteride (4.5 years) that disappeared with dutasteride.

Don't waste your money... It's really only worth it to ingest a 5AR inhibitor. You might as well take Dutasteride orally and use topical spironolactone.
