It was better if you had quit a year ago,You would have much recovery by now. But as I said quit smoking entirely not for hairs only but for overall health. If you keep smoking it will affect transplant for sure.
I smoked for three 3 years and now got a lipoma( fat tumor) in the neck. Smoking is hell. I request you to retreat. Best luck.
How did you quit smoking? I’ve been trying for 10 years and the longest I went without a cig was 3 days. Sorry to hear you got this tumor on your neck. Hope it’s nothing serious.

Doctors said it is lipoma and CT scan confirmed it. It is not series .
I quit because of coughing . I got bad cough for long period and it was painful to cough often at those nights. Quitting is easy just instill hate for smoking in your mind. Best luck.
