I would say that in my opinion you might be good a candidate for transplant. Clearly, you can see there are some strong opinions on the topic. You're only 26 so if you did do something you might want to do something conservative that gives you room to have additional work done in the future. I would be wary of anybody who tries to sell you a mega session at your age. What I would do if I was you is I would get several consultations from reputable doctors and get a sense of what they're telling you. Think very carefully before you have hair transplant. If done by the right person the right way and at the right time the results can be life-changing. If it doesn't feel like the right time or you're not sure it's for you, you can always wait.
