Can't remember anymore ;(
My hair status was terrible before I used finasteride...
It's better now, but I'm and always will be a bald man.
Finasteride has improved the existing hair, but my tonsure is still there.
If the hair is gone, this medicine is also useless.

Have you thought about adding Minoxidil to that? You're doing good.
Why not erase all of it? (No bald spots)?

Easy for you to say, you were one of the 0.001% of people who got insane results from Finasteride alone. Most men can only maintain, or even worse still lose hair on finasteride.

Nope, what you need is patience!! the most people will see results after 1-2 years after using finasteride!
The most people will quit with finasteride after 3-6 months, because they don't see any results.

Well, I'm only 3 months in myself and plan on keeping at it for a full year at least before I ditch it. Also don't be so narrow minded, plenty of people don't get results from finasteride.

There is so much conflicting advice, some people say wait for 3 months, some 6 now you 1 year
I've introduced finastride in the last month into my routine as after 2 years of minoxidil I didn't feel it was doing enough and after 1 month my hair looks the worst ever, for example now even my front hairline is thinning which was not the case before. And when I sleep or wake up in morning, it's like I can sometimes just actually feel thinning hair/tingling type of feeling on my head and then in the shower, when warm water hits my scalp I can really feel it around my crown area the warm water of the shower

I never even shed to begin with, which has me worried it's not working. I'm still at baseline. I wouldn't fret if you're shedding though, that should be a positive sign the drug is doing what it's supposed to be doing. As for the waiting period, I think 1 year is ideal if you're not experiencing sides since hair cycles are quite long. But if you're still shedding at 6 months, it might be time to ditch finasteride. You might be better off asking others who've taken the drug for a long time.
It may be coincidence you were starting a shed when you took Finasteride. I remember 2 times I shed more hair than usual in my life, even without taking Finasteride. I think there's plenty of testimonials regarding Finasteride and shedding that you should at least give it a year. I sincerely doubt it was the reason your hair has gotten worse.

I wish I get this back too, I am 2 months in and it's not looking good, I find it so hard to style my hair and sometimes feels itchy too

Lol, I don't know, it depends on how good responder you are.
But usually finasteride doesn't work on temples.
