dutasteride is working for me, i believe, but the side effects are just like the ones i had on finasteride ( flaccid member and difficulty maintaining erection) I ask myself what is more important...hair or sex? Shoot, its not like i m sleeping with anyone anyways. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place (with a soft penis) Any advice would be welcomed.

Personally, I would stop taking dutasteride if my member died because of it. I think the ability to have and maintain an erection is more important in the long run.

Health first.

DHT blocking is realistically not that healtyy in anyone. Noticeable sides or not. There is no genuine treatment option for anyone destined to have a high degree of hair loss.

If u quit finasteride due to sides I'd say ride out finasteride instead you may recover from sides. Whenever I feel my sex drive low I skip a day of taking the med and all is well after

This is some orthodox advice, but here is my take on it. With western women's rising standards we realistically as men can not afford to lose any hair. I would take the duta and order some v**** and call it a day. Whats the point of getting hard if you cant even get laid? Thats just my very personal opinion.

I think I am just going to pop a .5 dutasteride capsule once in awhile, whenever I feel my scalp start to itch. I'll treat it like a tylenol I take for pain

You'd be better off just buying some generic v****. A lot of my mates (without any hair loss - b*stards) pack a little blue pill because they work well anyway (she gets hours of fun, you look like a rock star, everyone's a winner). They're in their late 20's, early 30's by the way.

The problem with losing your hair is that it's much harder to recreate than an erection. Hair really does matter to women, especially in those split-second first impressions no matter what others say. Sure, if you've got your foot in the door you might well get away without having a single hair on your head but if it's a blind choice between a balding guy versus a guy with a full head of hair, nature's already chosen for her I'm afraid.

tldr; Suffer the sides (they abate, at least they did for me and the results were well worth it), pack some v**** and enjoy the ride(s).

There are also some more natural options to increase the functioning of your member. Maybe that could be an option for you? At the moment I am experiencing some sides with finasteride as well. Since today I started with adding maca powder to my diet. Will keep you updated if it actually helps.
