I got a lot of weight recently due to problems with joints (turned out to be congenital genetical mutation) and therefore lack of movements so got commented quite a few times on it.

I fast because I don't like food. So I end up not eating breakfast or lunch anyways. Only eat for fuel, chicken+broccoli and bloatmeal.

You're so fucken lucky... the only reason you'd catch me fasting is so that I can stuff double down the next day
