does this even have an effect on male pattern baldness? or does it just promote growth of already healthy, existing hairs?
sounds like a huge elephant in the room case to me

Quality is poor, but if we assume that it's indeed hair at the second pic, the result is pretty good. That guy completely restored his hair.
I just read about cyclosporine, this is very powerful sh*t. Unfortunately, there are a lot of sides and one of them is gyno
Moreover, unwanted hair growth is the side effect as well, so it's hard to say how you can target it on your head.
Guys, i will ask it again. Could we organize a groupbuy?
no my friend, not cyclo, but way 316606Why would you need groupbuy.

Unless this is different stuff?
not a lot of research on this cyclosporine drug for our condition(but there is also a study for alopecia areata). surely because of the drug profile. btw the pics comes from a study from 1990...believe it or not. (see attachment)
"responding" people in the group :
"We considered successful treatment to be an increase in hair count of at least 50% after 4 months and 100% after 12 months. Only two subjects were in this category and are referred to in Table I as "responders." So I assume all the people involved noticed good improvment nonetheless.
Pic show such drug can reverse male pattern baldness. Now let's hope the "way" drug does not disappoint but the sad part is it will be a long journey until we know
Pretty poor response rate really.
In the WCHR 2017 proceedings, Paus ran a talk/seminar where he mentions how Cyclosporine is the most powerful of known hypertrichosis inducing medication. This intrigued me as I personally know from experience how oral minoxidil can induce hypertrichosis so was keen to see how Cyclosporine fairs. Yet despite its widespread use I’ve had much difficultly finding any documented cases besides that one 1990 single page study with a grainy picture. Anyone come across any pictures documenting cyclosporine inducing hair growth/regrowth in patients?
I’ll say. Jesus. @BetaBoy is it helping...?ps: that's a serious regimen you are on ! ; o
We can buy way316606 in this country so it does exist as a chemical but how would you even start making a topical out of it? Unless we found out how they used Cyclosporin and used that as a bench mark. Why would you need groupbuy.

Why isnt there a cyclo topical yet if there were studies in the 90's?
you can't patent it so no studies? Why isnt there a cyclo topical yet if there were studies in the 90's?
I would look up what it’s solubility is and start with a 1% in whatever is can be dissolved inWe can buy way316606 in this country so it does exist as a chemical but how would you even start making a topical out of it? Unless we found out how they used Cyclosporin and used that as a bench mark.
I am not a chemist so i would have to leave it to somebody who is.
I believe they used DMSO but that was for hairs that were not actually on a scalp. Maybe a 20% DMSO + distiller water mix may do it. Although i don't really like DMSO it seems to penetrate too much.I would look up what it’s solubility is and start with a 1% in whatever is can be dissolved in
