PGD2 regulates sleep. Block it and you can't sleep. That's why we haven't had any drugs from it. The only way we could is if someone developed a topical non-systemic drug to attack pgd2 and no one has done that ever.On the PGD2 discovery.. That’s what happens with EVERY discovery. They find a gene or pathway and it’s all over the media.. After a week or few Days you don’t see it for years.. Why? Common sense they have years of preclinicals and clinical research to do before they can even hit the market. Not surprising it hasn’t come back up too much yet

Wrong. Fevipiprant is a stronger pgd2 inhibitor than seti and iscoming out 2020. I’m only on 500mg daily but have no signs of sleep issues. More than one gene regulates sleep.PGD2 regulates sleep. Good luck. It would be incredibly expensive to make your own.So we can buy this way stuff but we don't know what a safe topical dose would be. Has anybody got any ideas about how to approach making a topical out of it without giving ourselves cancer?
