The eye dropper is the only way to go applying this stuff. I never even attempted the spray cause it seemed kinda useless and wasteful, not to mention all the other people talking about it clogging. Anyway, like I said, just using it on my temples and top front I'm using 0.5ml or so, twice a day and it's pretty wet with product and then I massage it in. From what it says in the literature, 14 sprays would soak your head 5 times over and you'd use up that bottle in no time.
