none, With Dutasteride you are inhibiting almost 100 % of your circulating DHT. Hair loss, at least in males, is caused by DHT.
Use ketoconazole CREAM at night , after a minoxidil plus tretinoin lotion. Check your hormones levels ( T , E2 , DHT, LH, FSH ) before use it, cause part will go systemic .
That’s not true. Dutasteride does not block almost 100% of DHT. A lot of people have dht in normal ranges while taking dutasteride/finasteride. I have a middle range DHT in blood. Im taking Dutasteride everyday from the pharmacy (Avodart).
I saw A LOT of people who check serum DHT levels while taking 5ar drugs and A LOT of them still have normal/high levels of DHT.

Me too. I’ve been taking only 1mg finasteride since 3 years and my hairs keeps miniaturizing (from NW1 to NW3). So I decided to add 0.5mg Dutasteride since 2 years and my hairs still keeps miniaturizing (from NW3 to NW4).
Now Im taking Dutasteride + Finasteride + RU58841 + topical Minoxidil + oral minoxidil + dermarolling and still thinning.

finasteride and Dutasteride combo is a really nasty cocktail. I tried it once and had sides…sore nipples, brain fog and dry orgasms/ejaculation. Freaked me out. Stopped and rolled back my treatment. Anyhow, unless you are a closeted incel tranny, I’d stay far away from legit AAs like CPA and spironolactone. They will shrink your nuts, make you girly and your buddies will know something is up with you. Avoid!
but when duta and fina too, the combinaison of these both products don't work, the person need to take more powerfull product

just deal with it or take strong antidepressants and try to deal with it or go to the psychiatric hospital
you can even take a cpa, estradiol, bicalutamide or remove your testicles but it doesnt give you 100% chance that it will stop your baldness
