spironolactone and testosterone

will spironolactone block testosterone receptors in the scalp, i know it blocks DHT receptors. im on finasteride and now my hair is super greasy. I think my hair is sensitive to T.

Testosterone receptors and DHT receptors are the same thing: they're called androgen receptors.
