Hi, I am on 1 mg oral Finasteride per day for the last 5 years or so. In another post last year I mentioned how whatever hair I have been maintaining had started to thin. Well, now, about a year later the thinning became really severe and I lost a lot of what I had up top. I decided to start topical minoxodil about two weeks ago and wow, I have gone through a huge shed.
While I realize that it takes approx 3 months for minoxodil to show improvement my question is should I stick with it? I am afraid that what little is left up there will be gone after another 10 weeks of minoxodil.
