Subway Sammiches

Maybe this comes from living in the Boston area that is LOADED with "hole in the wall" Italian and Greek sub and sandwich shops, but I hardly ever go to Subway. I have gone before, though, and have no complaints - but there is something about the family owned joints that I prefer.

That something is probably the fact that they don't have a certain amount of slices of ham etc that they use for ea sandwhich. Making a sammich is an art not science.
