im talking more about the jaw area

i know chin implants are only a couple grand and seem relatively safe. and makes a huge difference to guys with weak receded chins.

but im not sure about the jawline.cheekbone area. is this surgery even possible? safe? or just stupid

It'd be interesting to know how much he actually spent. This is the only successful example I've seen of such invasive facial surgery, they post it everywhere on the internet, without telling anything about the surgeon and the cost.

These are the same photos since 2013 or earlier, so you can tell they aren't posting more because the other results weren't as successful or because the cost is too high.

That guy also has masculine bones below his body fat as well. Personally I think his cheekbones might be too well defined.
