Honestly you could just be very T sensitive. I would experiment with RU, topical bica. Oral minoxidil to hold down the fort.

Quit now. I lost way more but I used finasteride for a year. I remember losing hundreds of terminals every shower and saying “it’s just a finasteride shed” I swept my floor and thought it couldn’t be normal to loose that many hairs. 3 years later I still get Telogen Effluvium on and off. Accept your mistake. That was the hardest part for me.

Nothing. I take some supplements but they probably don’t do much for hair. Slowly thinning and accepting my fate. I buzz my head weekly. I still have a lot of hair but I don’t like the lower density look. I prefer buzzed with nw1.5 hairline. SMP in a few years maybe.
