Telogen Effluvium cause of Dutasteride? Or just a real bad shed?

Yes for 3-4 Years
finasteride Daily and dutasteride all 5Days one 0,5mg
but slowly i think the error was to take minoxidil
than 3Years minoxidil and my Hair get so bad

That sounds really bad, sorry to hear that. Hope things are better now for you?
Posting again because I'm losing A LOT of hairs around the sides now. When I move my hand through these areas my hand is full with hairs. Just a regular quick brush with my hand through it ends up with 4 to 5 hairs in my hand, easily. Tried doing the same with the hair on top, but there was nothing (thank God) but this is worrying my still... Could it really be Telogen Effluvium?? I dismissed the idea a while back but this got me thinking otherwise...
