Results look good although your wet hair in the baseline pics made it look worse than it was. Still, you are an inspiration to us non-finasteride users!
That's true, the before pictures were meant to show how crappy the hair was - the latest ones were me trying to look good for going out. Bottom line though, when I stopped, I noticed it gradually deteriorated on the temples. Quite noticeably actually. Now I'm back on and plan on making it a daily routine thing. The foam is easy because it doubles as a mousse or gel very well. I'm also going to only wash the top of my head with nizoral to avoid the irritation all over my scalp.

Thanks again.

Ok - no update other than the fact that I've been on minoxidil foam and nizoral 1% for a month. Will keep you posted.

I presume you meant to say you've been on it a year??

HA! Holy cow. Those were by far the biggest compliments I could hear. I will say that the newer pictures are a little misleading because my hair was longer, but like I've said before, I noticed when I stopped using the minoxidil foam, my hairline went back and shocked me. The thing is, I am half asian so my hair is thicker, but more sparce than all caucasian hair. So when it's short, the sparceness highlights the thinning, but when it's longer it has a better covering effect I think. I am likely going to start back with minoxidil and nizoral as soon as I visit the dermatolgist. This time I believe I will be going on finasteride as well. If the side effects are too noticable, I will stop and keep with nizoral and minoxidil foam.

Wow - fake pictures. That was actually an encouragement. This time around I will take pictures as much as possible to track progress. You'll see it's me folks.

No. I stopped after being on them for 4 months and went backwards, then started again and didn't finish all 3 canisters. Have been semi good with the nizoral though. It's been a few months off foam though. I want to commit this whole winter though and see if I react. Doesn't even have to be positive, just want to see if I'm going to respond if I go on the BIG 3!

IM not trying to be cynical or anything, but those pics are as fake as a $3 bill. The look like pics out of a US Weekly.
Here is another picture from the same night - my birthday...or should I say US Weekly! Same black t-shirt, same ears, same hair from the same man.

Remember, the baseline pictures were short and wet. These pictures are 4 months nizoral and rogaine foam and much longer hair. I also blow dry my hair which is the key to fuller looking hair. I blow dry it into place then add a light covering of Fructise creme pomade and it looks great.

My hair has gone backwards since stopping, but like I said, this winter I plan on taking it very seriously and am really considering nizoral. I'm almost 37 now (year after the b-day pictures), so even maintaining what I have is going to be important in the coming years. Not gonna consider transplant.

Thanks!

I don't know why I care, because my hair doesn't look this good anymore, but here are the pictures (b4 and after) altogether. No transplant just products, longer hair and careful styling. Not to mention the grainy photos make it look better. Stay tuned for my return to meds!!

It wasn't so noticable that anyone said anything. The "before pictures" were not what I looked like when I left my place. Bottom line though, looking at the US Weekly pictures proved to me the routine had some great affects. Additionally, when I stopped I really noticed the break up.
