dito, hope this lasts now 5 years or more
I assume the combined treatment is giving you at least maintenance?
I can guess a lot of finasteride poor responders are going to attempt fina+CB,
which is good because the other option is the extremely dangerous dutasteride.

dutasteride is poison for my body longterm. i used it 1 year with strange sides. fina lost slowly effiency 5-6 years ago. now with fina and cb/ru im recovering. so yes, fina + cb is a good option, if fina does not stop ur hair loss

If i want to prepare daily dose of a 1ml solution with 50mg of CB in a ethanol + pg solution, how many ml of ethanol and how many ml of CB do i need to disolve with my 50mg?

As far as sourcing the ethanol + cb. Would picking up some everclear at the liqour store and using the following link for PG work?
https://glycerinsupplier.com/produc...aMRsRbjP0sZc5zyVxV-J7SEPmccfuuBYaAs-mEALw_wcB

I live in the US by the way.

  • Yes, that's fine. I think 80%ethanol/20%pg is best. More ethanol and less pg would decrease the drying time. The most effective dose in the trial was 7.5% CB twice daily, so 75mg of cb per ml. I would make a month's supply, so that would be
    • 48ml ethanol
    • 12ml ppg
    • 4.5g CB

Does this mean duta + CB will even be a better/stronger combination? Have been using duta a few years without any sides, but losing ground rapidly since a year

Have you considered fina + CB?
I was losing lots of hair on fina 8 years ago (and for that reason I started with dutasteride).
I've been on CB 6 months.. Also losing hair....then I added fina 1 month ago....to my surprise combining CB and fina seems to be doing something. At least the shedding has abruptly stopped.
Take a look at my regime

try it, another option is to test ru only. after fina lost its efficiency, i switched to ru only. 5 years after, ru lost its efficiency now back on fina with cb/ru combi. result: maintenance and in some areas slow recovery

So I would not expect clascoterone 7.5% to be released before H2 2021

But this is good news for one reason, correct? Now that clascoterone is FDA approved, we should be able to get a compounding pharmacy to compound the higher concentration with legit CB, right? No more messing with black market Chinese crap.

This is what I'm hoping for. Although I'm not sure about the legality of it, since it is cassiopea's patented compound... Anyone with some legal knowledge care to chime in on this?

I have no idea. You would need a good-hearted and knowledgable hair specialist/dermatologist to prescribe it.

Also, I don't think Cassiopea has disclosed the final vehicle of its hair loss solution at this stage, and I would expect it to be obviously different from the facial cream.

In any case, that is good news. The more treatments entering phase 3, the better, considering phase 3 trials are the deadliest for drug development.

We now have Samumed, Follica and Cassiopea on track for releases by 2022 as they are all currently in phase 3 trials (maybe 2021 for Follica). Polichem should be available earlier than that (2020?), although I am far from being hyped by this solution.

I am looking forward to hearing from TissUse this month.

Replicel and Tsuji appear more as long shots to me so I tend not to pay as much attention to them.

Fair point. But they have listed the vehicle in the patent. At least we have that. To me the one variable that we have is the quality of the CB we are getting from China. We have no idea of it is even accurate. Once CB is released, even in the cream vehicle, we can at least get our hand on the actual real CB and then compound it how we need. Shouldn’t be an issue to get a hair Doctor/Derm to prescribe that.

So I’ve read a good bit of discord from this forum about CB and I does have like a consensus question:

do you guys thing some of the reason it’s not working is cause wack CB or just cause CB is wack?

I have an in with a US chem provider and CB will be my only anti androgen a di want something but am very sensitive to sides. Should I go for it still or find something else. I’ll buy a good bit upfront and this ish isn’t cheap as I’m sure you know

its so easy to test your china cb against an official reference sample. i did it. its real cb what i‘ve got in china

https://www.achemblock.com/cb-03-01.html?___SID=U
I’ve done the same....... and it says it’s legit. But let’s just say, there are other places that have found inconsistencies between real legit CB and the stuff we get from China. Even though it shows up as “CB”. It is not all created equal.

yes but people on this site will call you a racist for even insinuating that the chinese may be selling less than pure CB
