I don't have side effects taking Propecia, been on it 5 years. I know it's not for everyone but it saved my ***.

What dose do you use? Did you have male pattern baldness itch before? did it help?

I would like to see how a bloodwork looks on you. Get some labs, test for DHT, free test, total test, E2, SBGH... get a good hormonal panel and post it.

It is ultimately a gamble. If the finasteride goes into your scalp, good you won the gamble, it's working and it's binding there.

If you take it and it binds into your testicle and c*** tissue, then you are fucked beyond belief.

So why not just take it topically directly and save that gamble?

Im doing that and it's not working, so I fail to see how the oral will do nothing but f*** me up (even more) by potentially giving me nasty sides.

A cap do you mean? Like the lid? Even that sounds nuts. I'd maybe take 2 caps, there's no way a cap is from pushing the nozzle until it's drained for that pump though.

How many bottles of this sh*t do you get through in not only a month, but a week? One is supposed to last one month, for me maybe 3 weeks.

I meant to say 5 pumps, pressing 5 times on the bottle all the way down to get the foam out. Anything less and im not able to get the scalp get. Most of it gets stuck on the hair, so I need to move the hair and apply foam on the scalp up to 5 times, and on the hairline i don't press all the way down, so put smaller amounts to draw the hair line with foam and then massage. Anything else and I fail to see how the f*** you are applying it.
The bottle is 200ml of foam, so that is what im consuming monthly on average (minus the % that gets stuck on hair, % the percentage that randomly does not cross the scalp properly, minus the % that gets lost in purity because probably minoxidil and finasteride also deteriorate overtime even if it's not as bad as the RU)

Another positive effect for me is that I was a hairy bastard and Propecia thinned it out. I'm thankful for that.

Also, I read an article recently that it can make users less interested in alcohol, which is absolutely true in my case.

Just because some fat bald hairy guys have high DHT doesn't mean DHT is "useless after puberty" (biggest broscience by finasteride users ever), it just means they have poor androgenic receptors and whatnot.

If the finasteride is binding on the scalp tissue then that's good news, anything else and it's a disaster. If by bad luck the finasteride binds on your dick and testicles it's game over, some people get it on the chest and develop gyno and so on, it's f*****g stupid.

Also a year is nothing. In any case I would like to see labs and so on. There's probably some sort of compensation mechanism going on. The question is for how long can that be sustained.

I claim it's impossible to not have sides by getting rid of 70% of DHT over a long enough timeline.

Im hairy as f*** too, and if I saw how my bodyhair became thinner, I would be worried, that is a sign the finasteride is not going on the scalp.

Never said it's irrelevant it does have an impact and I have felt it. But it's not that big. The benefits outweigh the minimal side effects.
