Well, the first step is to stop reading those websites.
Like any weird subculture or conspiracy theory, the more of it you consume, the more it consumes you in turn. There is nothing positive there, for anyone. There is nothing that can improve your life, only things that can damage it.
Spend time with normal people. I assume you already do this, but regardless. Most people understand that being physically attractive is only one aspect of being an engaging person, and behave accordingly.
The final bit is just time. A significant amount of our worldviews are shaped by the company we habitually keep. It you spend a large amount of time consuming lookism material, that is how you will think. Conversely, if you spend a lot of time interacting with more moderate, mainstream opinions, that is what you will become.
The important part is not to "relapse", as it were. Even if you feel like you're self-aware enough to avoid it, any amount of digging into harmful subcultures is enough to shackle you to it. Do not allow these kind of niche conspiracies to hold even a single centimetre of space in your mind.
