The Last 30 Years There Has Been No New Drug Known To Induce Hair Growth Better Than Big 3

There is no big 3, Ketoconazole doesn't do sh*t for male pattern baldness outside of PubMed (unless you consider frying your hair a positive effect). And minoxidil only works on 30% of people.
After my experience I can safely say Ketoconazole is absolutely useless. On the contrary, it actually has a cosmetic thinning effect.

You're only one person. In some persons' experience dutasteride is absolutely useless. Obviously that's not the case for everyone.

Perhaps nothing significant that you can afford, but things are happening.
I've never seen anyone regrow hair on Ketoconazole. I mean it's not 2008 anymore, it should be clear that Nizoral is useless.

From noticeable thinning where my hairline was see through to full regrowth in six months.
Ok, you are an exceptional responder. Doesn't disprove my point, though. Nizoral is ineffective for most people.

For the last 5000 years man has never been able to fly. Why would the Wright Brothers achieve that in the next 5 years?

The difference is that this "pessimism" is not generated by incredulity, but by experience. We all want to see the plane take off, but it has been falling for far too long for the most of us. We need a cure soon, because if this cure is released by the time we are in our 60s, what is the point?

The biotech boom hasn’t happened yet. It’s about 10 years overdue but there are definitely signs that we’re on the fringe. It will start in the east and the west will ramp up fast. Keep your eyes on the stock market and get in early. It will likely be bigger and more impactful than the digital age.

I agree. No one can predict the future, but our so-called realists sure do know the past and use that as the basis for their gloom and doom soothsaying here in the "New Research & Technologies" forum.

They are the glass is half-empty philosophers. What these realists neglect to mention is that nature wants 5 of their 7 children dead. And it wants the rest of us dead by 50. Everything better than that is owed to science and technology. Realists indeed.

Well that is actually what happened in that case and it is true for the history of any technology really.
