I don't know if I'm that great at Norwood spotting but I'd guess around a 2, sure, but it really doesn't matter which is why I never really care to think of it too much. Basically unless you're Norwood 0, you should seek treatments, the 45 year old you may regret it.

But yeah, no chick or boss is going to really care whether your hair line has a number put to it, they'll just see it as either having hair, or losing it, or balding, and so far I would say people's knee jerk reaction to you as a guy in his early 30s "having hair", with inevitably some noticing the loss as well.

I didn't went in this order, first it was doubt, then anger, then depression, then bargaining then acceptance (apathy).

It's possible to keep pushing for improvement but also having awareness of one's physical and mental state - not just hair but everything. Some on the forum have reached this and did so early on, others have never reached acceptance of their situation and probably never will. Mixing between denial, bargaining e.t.c. Most people have the gift of moving forwards but knowing where they truly stand or came from - the sub forum is an exception imo.

For me, I'll never accept it. Ever.

Call me a rebel, call me what you will. Say I'm old fashioned say I'm over the hill.

Without hair, we don't have the SAME SOUL.
